The quick-mounting frame-type grandstands manufactured by the company RIKOM allow to use the available areas more efficiently. During the sports or entertainment events, the grandstands are quickly mounted, allowing to create comfortable conditions for spectators, and when not needed, the grandstands can be dismantled, creating free area.

Also the grandstands are projected according to the individual requirements of the customer taking into account the size of hall both in the layout and height, for example, height available under a balcony, the design of a sports or concert hall, etc.

Design of the frame-type grandstands

In its designing the company RIKOM relies on the long-term experience of applying the computer programs for design engineering and modeling of the projects, which allows to calculate an optimum variant of the arrangement scheme for the grandstands within the certain areas of auditoriums and sports halls as well as the sports grounds and stadiums.

• The frame-type grandstands are manufactured according to requirements of the Construction Regulations 2.08.02-89;
• The basis for grandstands is a fireproof and extremely strong structure from the steel frameworks.
• The elements of structure can be manufactured for both right-hand and left-hand position;
• The elements of structure are interchangeable;
• Assembly and dismantling of the grandstands are to be carried out only from a certain place and in a certain direction that excludes the unauthorized actions during dismantling of the grandstands and ensures their safety;
• The frame-type grandstands can be located inside the buildings and structures as well as in the open-air sports grounds;
• The stand parts are protected from atmospheric corrosion. For the steel parts, hot galvanizing or painting is usually applied.
• The materials used for manufacturing of the frame-type grandstands:
  • galvanized and stainless steel;
  • perforated metal plate;
  • plastic;
  • wood.
• The seats are manufactured taking into account the requirements of anatomic design and can be made from plastic, metal, and wood.
• The grandstands can be installed in up to 10 tiers. Each tier has 3 rows.
• The layouts of escape routs from the grandstands are defined taking into account the actual data (location of the fire exits from the premises and sports grounds, location levels of the fire exits, the number and capacity of the grandstands, etc.).

Technical specification:

• permissible load - 400 kg/m²;
• single row’s depth – 0.75 m;
• number of seats in a single row is calculated by dividing the rows length (m) by factor equal to 0.45.
